Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide (excluding Asia and certain remote areas) to bring our heroic gear to fans everywhere!

Order Processing:

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Methods & Times:

  • Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment. Shipping fee: $12.95.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Your satisfaction is our mission! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Our Return & Exchange Promise:

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your items.

The Heroic Return Process:

  1. Initiate Your Return: Contact our support heroes at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery.
  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
  3. Receive Instructions: Our team will email you return authorization and shipping instructions.
  4. Ship Items Back: Package the unused, unworn items in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  5. Processing: Once received, we’ll inspect the items and process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.

Refund Timeline & Method:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Bank Processing: Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping costs for your replacement item.

Important Considerations:

For health and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Lenses (due to hygiene concerns)
  • Faceshell & Mask items that have been removed from original packaging
  • Any costume or accessory that shows signs of wear, has been altered, or is missing original tags

All returned items must be in original condition with tags attached and in their original packaging. Items that show signs of wear or damage may be subject to a reduced refund or denied return.

International Returns:

Since we ship globally (excluding Asia and certain remote areas), customers are responsible for return shipping costs for international returns. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
