You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase, or have parental consent if under 18.

Ghostly Store specializes in high-quality cosplay costumes and accessories, including:

• Character costumes from popular franchises (Evangelion, Overwatch, etc.)
• Superhero costumes and compression wear
• Halloween costumes for adults and children
• Specialty items including faceshells, masks, lenses, and props
• Mutant and character-themed boots and soles

We strive to accurately represent our products through images and descriptions. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings and manufacturing processes.

Important Note on Specialty Items: For health and safety reasons, certain items including lenses and opened faceshell/mask products cannot be returned due to hygiene concerns.

Order Process:

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email. This is not an order confirmation. Your order constitutes an offer to purchase which we accept by sending a confirmation email and processing your payment.

Pricing:

All prices are shown in US dollars. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already accepted.

Payment Methods:

We accept the following payment methods:

Payment is processed securely at the time of order. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.

Shipping:

We ship worldwide excluding Asia and certain remote areas. Shipping options include:

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after shipment)
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after shipment)

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing and other factors beyond our control.

Order Cancellations:

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement by contacting our customer service. Once an order has entered the processing stage, cancellation may not be possible.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy is designed with your satisfaction in mind:

Return Window:

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of delivery.

Return Process:

• Contact our support team at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery
• Provide your order number and reason for return
• We will provide return authorization and instructions
• Package unused, unworn items in original packaging with all tags attached
• Ship items back to us using a trackable method (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility for international returns)

Refund Processing:

After we receive and inspect returned items, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items:

For health and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

• Lenses (hygiene concerns)
• Faceshell & Mask items removed from original packaging
• Any costume or accessory showing signs of wear, alteration, or missing original tags

• Consequential damages arising from product use
• Delays in delivery beyond our reasonable control (including customs delays, weather events, etc.)

Our total liability for any claim related to your use of the site or products is limited to the purchase price of the products in question.

Costume items should not be used in situations where professional protective equipment is required. Some costume elements may limit visibility or mobility—use caution when wearing, especially in unfamiliar environments.
